Tiplay Studio Oyun ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Tiplay," "we," "us," or "our") is a global company headquartered in Turkey and having the registered address of Kınıklı Mahallesi 6025 Sokak No: 32 Pamukkale/Denizli. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions by which we offer you access to our games, apps, products, websites, and other services (collectively, the "Services"), including Virtual Items (as defined in Section 3) and your Account (as defined in Section 1.3). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Tiplay. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or exclude the application of any mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction of residence. If you do not agree to all of the terms in this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Services, any Virtual Items, or create an Account.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age of adulthood in your jurisdiction) to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this Agreement on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of our Services.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you before they take effect. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Services.
Certain features of the Services require you to create an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and must provide accurate information. You may not sell, transfer, or share your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this Agreement.
If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, you must send an email request to support@tiplaystudio.com that includes your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) number along with any additional information necessary to identify your account. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our internal data retention policies. Please note that once your data is deleted, certain features of our Services may no longer function properly.
Tiplay and its licensors own and retain all rights to the Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our Services without our express written permission. Use of our Services for unauthorized AI training, hacking, or cheating is strictly prohibited.
Virtual Items (e.g., in-game currency, cosmetics, power-ups) are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Services. We reserve the right to modify or remove Virtual Items at any time.
The pricing, availability, and terms associated with Virtual Items are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All purchases of Virtual Items are final and subject to the policies of the digital storefront through which they were acquired. Virtual Items have no real-world cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for real-world currency.
Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam) are subject to those platforms' terms and conditions.
Some Services may require a recurring subscription fee. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date through your account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. You acknowledge that charges for subscription renewals will be billed to your account and that you are responsible for any applicable fees.
You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or distribute within our Services. You may not submit content that violates laws, infringes copyrights, or promotes harmful behavior.
By submitting UGC, you grant Tiplay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content.

If you believe any content within our Services violates this Agreement, you may report it through our in-game reporting tools or Customer Support.
We may update or modify our Services at any time. Some features may be discontinued, and we are not obligated to maintain compatibility with older versions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiplay from any claims arising from your violation of this Agreement.
You may delete your Account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your Account for violations of this Agreement.
Some users may experience seizures due to flashing lights in video games. If you have a history of epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing.
You must comply with all applicable export laws and restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring an active internet connection when using our Services. Tiplay is not liable for any data charges, including roaming fees, that may be incurred when accessing our Services over mobile networks. Additionally, you acknowledge that modifying your device’s security settings (such as jailbreaking or rooting) may compromise the proper functioning of the Services and is strongly discouraged.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is properly maintained and sufficiently charged to use the Services. Tiplay shall not be liable for any service interruptions or malfunctions caused by issues such as depleted battery power or hardware failure.

This Agreement and all disputes relating to the performance or interpretation of any term of this Agreement shall be construed under and governed by Turkish Law, without regard to any conflict of law principles. All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiplay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall Tiplay’s total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to this Agreement exceed the total amount you have paid to Tiplay in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. If no payment has been made during such period, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Services.
Tiplay may notify the users via postings on its website or in the games and via e-mail provided by the user. All notices required from the user as per the Agreement shall be made to support@tiplaystudio.com .
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Tiplay DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, nor does it guarantee that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
